An exclusive service

Whether you opt for Private Access or Preferred Access, you are eligible for the VIP Service if:

	you and the other members of your household together hold a total of $1,000,000 or more in combined net assets at National Bank Direct Brokerage;
	you execute 300 or more trades on stocks and/or options annually through the same core account¹ at National Bank Direct Brokerage.

In order to meet the needs of a sophisticated clientele, National Bank Direct Brokerage’s VIP Service consists of two distinct offers: Private Access for clients who want a personalized relationship with a dedicated Account Manager and Preferred Access for clients who prefer to carry out their own transactions online.

VIP Service – Private Access

Private Access offers you unparalleled service:

	Private access to a dedicated Account Manager
	Trade confirmation by phone
	Debit balance management
	Access to exclusive information on economic issues
	Follow-up for renewing investments about to mature
	Production of account reports, as needed
	15% off commissions on stock and option trades executed by phone
	Flat fee of $19.95 on stock trades executed through the NBDB website
	Preferred interest rates paid on credit balances
	Fees waived for registered accounts
	Reimbursement of fees for transfers from other financial institutions²

VIP Service – Preferred Access

Preferred Access offers you unparalleled service:

	Direct phone line
	Dedicated team of senior agents
	Flat fee of $9.95 on stock trades executed through the website
	Special fee for active investors when 30 or more stock or option trades per quarter are executed through our electronic services
