- A link to National Bank’s transaction site for your banking transactions
Promptly execute your trade orders as instructed and send you confirmation of all your trades.
Send you a detailed summary of your portfolio each quarter, or each month if you carry out trades during the month.
Provide you with professional service, in compliance with securities legislation and regulations.
Protect your personal information.

Your responsibilities
Carefully examine your trade confirmations, portfolio statements and any other notices, and notify us immediately of any errors or omissions.
Do the necessary research, read the information documents and understand the features of all the products in which you invest.
Read the agreements governing your brokerage account and file them in a safe place for future reference.
Monitor your securities and check information published by issuers by visiting websites, reading press releases and notices, etc. If applicable, read all documentation sent to you concerning market events and restructurings as they may affect the value of the investments you hold as well as have tax implications, and act accordingly.
Carefully review your mutual fund prospectuses to inform yourself of any fees and minimum holding periods that apply to your funds.
Always maintain enough of a cash balance in your account to cover trading costs.
Use the National Bank Direct Brokerage website as a source of information as well as to track your portfolio holdings.
Follow the recommended security practices when using the Internet.
